We were approached by a “Blue Chip” UK based IT company that was seeking nearshore capacity to develop Web 2.0 and Java based projects.
We conducted a pan-EU wide search for potential partners who could meet the capacity and skills requirement of the client and produced a shortlist of potential partners.
We then organised visits to meet the prospective partners and conduct commercial discussions.
From this the client was able to contract with an identified partner for services and capacity building. We also identified additional partners for the client so that they could make a bid for the development of IT Services under the EU Horizon 2020 funding programme.
