Equity and Grant prepared and submitted a successful bid for a West Midland based Rail Engineering company that was accepted by the City of Birmingham for a grant of nearly £175,000 to create new industrial floorspace at their premises. The grant programme required the production of a competitive application and proposal including the procurement of a suitable contractor to deliver the works. Our partners at MMG Associates conducted the contractor procurement exercise, producing a suitable specification and selecting a contractor to deliver the works from a range of 8 potential companies.
