Mark was a policy officer in a Central Government Department and was responsible for using EU funds within the UK. For the last 16 years he has worked in the private sector obtaining grant and government aid (both from the EU and UK) for UK companies.
Mark has also worked on EU Trans National Development programmes via the EU Commission and has established programmes within Trans National Funding Frameworks
Paul has around 25 years’ business experience in the UK, CEE, USA, Middle East and Far East. He read Mathematics & Chemistry followed by Economics and Accounting and then qualified as an accountant.
His career has been mainly spent in energy, investment banking and fund management in a variety of areas including accounting, corporate finance and private equity investment. He has been a fund manager with Lehman Brothers and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein managing investment funds in Central and Eastern Europe. He has considerable hands-on experience in business and strategy development, corporate restructuring and turnaround situations.
Tomas has more than 8 years experience in business development, while established three e-retail companies, two software development companies, one manufacturer and wholesale company and few other interesting ventures.
Now he is working as an independent consultant who helps to do the same for companies in East, Central Europe, and the Middle East by sharing his “hands-on” experience in operations, marketing, business development, sales areas.
Andrius is an energetic and ambitious director with more than 20 years of experience in leadership
roles across business and financial management, business development, and investment
consulting at the private sector and government levels.
Since 2000 he has been a Chairman of the Board and a Vice President of the Confederation of Lithuanian Employers.
Additionally he is also the President of the Lithuanian Building Materials trade association and also operates as a Director to a Public Company Economic development house, developing different services for business.
Ceslovas has been instrumental in develoing international business channels for Lithuanian Companies seeking to develop business internationally and has a wide knowledge of economic matters. He is a strong addition to the Equity and Grant team.
